A signed agreement and 30% non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Dates are not considered confirmed until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

You do not need modeling experience. I'll guide you throughout the session with posing, movement, expression, and positioning so you never have to wonder what to do in front of the camera.

Yes. Location guidance is part of the planning process.

We'll consider your style, wardrobe, session type, desired mood, time of day, accessibility, permits when applicable, and the overall look you want to create.

Yes. Wardrobe guidance is available based on your session and collection.

The goal isn't to make everyone dress the same. It's to make sure colors, textures, styling, and locations work together so the finished gallery feels intentional.

The number of professionally retouched images depends on the collection you select.

Current core collections include approximately 15, 20, 25, 30, or 45 finished images depending on the experience.

No. Portrait collections include a curated number of final, professionally finished photographs.

Duplicate frames, test images, missed expressions, unfinished files, and other non-final images are not delivered.

RAW files are never included in a collection — your delivered images are the finished work, professionally selected, color-graded, and retouched to the Marcus Gregory Photography standard.

If you specifically need the unedited files, they are available as a licensed add-on at 50% of your collection investment, $750 minimum.

In many cases, yes.

Maternity sessions may include partner and immediate-family portraits, and lifestyle or milestone sessions can often incorporate additional people when planned in advance.

For outdoor sessions, weather conditions are monitored as the date approaches.

If conditions would significantly impact safety or the quality of the session, we may adjust the location, timing, or reschedule according to the terms of your agreement.

Standard portrait galleries are generally delivered within approximately two weeks, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Select collections may include sneak peeks or priority delivery.

Portrait experiences are designed primarily for personal use — families, maternity, birthdays, graduates, couples, creative portraits, and personal milestones.

Branding sessions are created specifically for businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, marketing campaigns, social content, websites, and other commercial purposes.

Branding experiences may include deeper strategy, more extensive content planning, higher image volume, and commercial usage licensing.

Yes.

Boudoir and House of MG™ imagery is never shared publicly without the client's permission.

Privacy, discretion, and client comfort are treated as essential parts of the experience.

Yes, when availability allows. Additional session time is $500 per hour, must be approved in advance, and is billed in full-hour increments.

Additional time extends your session only — additional retouched images are purchased separately.

Creative concepts, anniversaries, proposals, confidence sessions, elaborate birthday shoots, multi-location portraits, and other custom ideas can be planned around your vision.
