PORTRAIT SESSION BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your portrait session date and time.
Sessions are not considered booked until the deposit is received and the contract is signed.
The deposit is applied toward your total session fee.
The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your session date and cover preparation time.
Rescheduling
One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new 30% deposit.
Same-day reschedules or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided.
Arrivals of 15 minutes or more will incur a $50 late fee.
Session time will be reduced and not extended.
Arrivals of 30 minutes or more may be considered a no-show.
Weather & Photographer-Initiated Changes
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to weather for safety or image quality.
If the photographer must cancel due to illness or emergency, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit.
