Additional time must be approved in advance and is subject to availability. Time is billed in full-hour increments and extends filming time only. Additional edited deliverables are purchased separately.
Before We Create
Booking and Production Details
Clear expectations allow us to plan efficiently and give every production the attention it deserves.
Reserving Your Production
A signed agreement and 30% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve the production date. The remaining balance is due seven days before filming.
Production Expenses
Studio rental, location permits, professional talent, makeup, specialty props, wardrobe, travel and other third-party expenses are separate unless specifically included.
Final Deliverables
Only the finished deliverables listed in the agreement are included. Raw or unedited footage is available only when specifically purchased.
Project Scope
Final concepts, locations, filming requirements and deliverables must be approved before production. Material scope changes may require an updated proposal.
