Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, the remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding date.

Popular wedding dates can book well in advance, particularly Saturdays during peak wedding seasons. If your date is confirmed, reaching out sooner gives you the best chance of securing availability.

Photo + Film combines wedding photography and cinematic filmmaking under one coordinated creative approach. Film-only coverage is designed for couples who already have photography covered or who primarily want their wedding preserved through motion, sound, vows, speeches, and cinematic storytelling.

Yes. Timeline guidance is included with wedding collections. We’ll help make sure enough time is built in for details, portraits, family photographs, wedding party coverage, couple portraits, and important moments without making the day feel like one long photoshoot.

Full Story photography includes a second photographer. For other collections, we can quote additional coverage around your needs. A second photographer can be helpful for multiple getting-ready locations, simultaneous events, larger guest counts, or a fuller range of perspectives.

Absolutely. Our approach blends intentional, editorial-style direction with documentary storytelling so you receive polished portraits without losing the spontaneous moments and emotion happening naturally throughout your day.

Full wedding photography galleries are typically delivered within 8 weeks. Film timelines may vary depending on the collection and scope of the project. Your specific delivery schedule will be listed in your agreement. Select collections also include priority sneak peeks or preview galleries.

Yes, when availability allows. Additional wedding-day coverage is currently $500 per hour. We recommend finalizing your timeline early enough to determine whether additional coverage would be beneficial.

Yes. Marcus Gregory Photography serves Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and destination weddings. Travel expenses may apply depending on distance, transportation, lodging, parking, airfare, permits, staffing, and other production needs.

Yes. Multi-day weddings, cultural ceremonies, welcome events, rehearsal dinners, traditional ceremonies, and other wedding-weekend events can be incorporated into a custom proposal.

RAW files are never included in a collection. Your final photographs and films are professionally edited to reflect the completed Marcus Gregory Photography creative style and quality standard. If you specifically need the unedited files, RAW photographs and unedited footage are available as a licensed add-on at 50% of your collection investment, $750 minimum. RAW files are delivered unedited and without color grading. They are licensed for your own use and are not representative of finished Marcus Gregory Photography work.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and the terms of your signed agreement. Client-requested date changes and circumstances caused by qualifying force majeure events are handled differently, so your wedding agreement will explain the applicable terms in detail.

Absolutely. Additional coverage, photographers, filmmakers, ceremony films, albums, drone coverage, rehearsal dinners, welcome events, and other enhancements may be added when appropriate. For weddings with unique timelines or production needs, we can create a custom proposal around your celebration.
